We are pleased to share that our Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 (FY2024) is now available.
For FY2024, the Group delivered a net profit of $284.2 million and revenue of $732.4 million, representing a 5% and 7% increase year-on-year respectively. We also made significant progress in building a resilient business, seeking new growth opportunities, and strengthening our multi-stakeholder approach to better serve people and communities.
Creating Vibrant Sustainable Places
We continued to create opportunities for connection through community building initiatives at our properties. These included a Bring Your Own Cup campaign to reduce single-use waste, saving over 1,200 single-use cups from going into the landfill. Over at Singapore Land Tower, more communal spaces were added with the completion of a rooftop cityscape observation deck.
At the same time, all six SingLand office buildings are now Green Mark Platinum certified, following the completion of UIC Building’s energy improvement works in 2024 which saw the building attain a higher green rating.
Nurturing a Future-Ready Workforce
Recognising that growth and development of our people are key to our long-term success, training programmes such as the Leadership Acceleration Programme are in place to help employees achieve their full potential.
At the same time, we seek to foster positive employee experiences through progressive HR practices and engagement initiatives. These efforts were recognised at the Singapore HR Awards with SingLand clinching the Workforce Transformation Award for HR, Best in Class.
Building Strong Supplier Partnerships
Strong, trusted partnerships are essential to building a resilient business. We established a Partnering Charter with our main contractor, Woh Hup, ensuring a collaborative approach throughout the Clifford Centre redevelopment project.
To embed ethical and sustainable practices throughout our value chain, we developed a Supplier Code of Conduct in partnership with UOL, that came into effect in January 2025.
Advancing inclusion
Through SingLand Elevates, we support causes focused on underprivileged youths, families, persons with disabilities, migrant workers, and the elderly. In 2024, our employees contributed over 1,000 volunteer hours and we donated $440,000 to these causes.
For our efforts, we were recognised as a Champion of Good, the highest tier of recognition conferred by the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre.
