The 49-storey landmark’s strategic location within Raffles Place makes it an ideal choice for companies seeking a premier address in the heart of Singapore’s financial district.
Asset enhancement works for the flagship building commenced in 2021 and completed in 2025. The asset enhancement initiative (AEI) has introduced more green features, lush landscaped public spaces, energy-efficient lifts and lightings, a low emissivity double-glazed external curtain wall system and parking for electric vehicles.
Another key highlight is The Exchange, which comprises tenant amenities spread across the building’s level four and five. Offering flexible spaces and facilities such as an auditorium and multi-purpose function rooms, this dynamic workplace solution caters to tenants’ short-term and complementary needs.
As part of the AEI, a grand canopy was created, creating a covered walkway linking visitors to Raffles Place MRT station. In line with Singapore’s car-lite and sustainable mobility vision, end-of-trip facilities with changing rooms and showers are provided at the building’s basement level. A variety of communal spaces such as an open plaza at level one and a 49th storey rooftop city viewing gallery were introduced for tenant enjoyment as well.
The Design Architect for the asset enhancement is the Pritzker Architecture Laureate, the late Mr Fumihiko Maki of Maki & Associates from Japan.
